The rental fees for Magic Pond are among the most inviting in the State of Maine and are designed to make both long and short term stays affordable for many people. In the event that you wish to prolong a stay after getting here, the lower rate will always apply (assuming that there is an opening in the weeks following your original booking).
Please note that these rates do not include 7% Maine Sales Tax, nor do they include a 3% surcharge if paying by credit card beyond an initial booking deposit of $100. A security deposit of $300. is payable by separate check upon arrival.
